The Glucksman is currently recruiting for a full-time Retail and Development Manager and Production Manager as well as for part-time Facilitators to join our team.

FACILITATORS job outline

The Glucksman invites applications for the part-time position of Education + Retail Facilitator based at the information desk in the gallery. Glucksman Facilitators provide a welcoming, informed point of contact for visitors, providing services such as exhibition tours, education workshops, and gallery invigilation as well as promoting shop sales, hire and upcoming events.

Successful candidates will have a degree in a relevant area or related experience, a passion for culture, and excellent customer service, sales and communication skills. This role requires weekend and occasional evening duty.

RETAIL + DEVELOPMENT MANAGER job outline

The Glucksman invites applications for the full-time contract post of Retail + Development Manager to join its team. This role focuses on income generation activities in the organisation and the overall visitor experience within the museum.

PRODUCTION MANAGER job outline

The Glucksman invites applications for the full-time contract post of Production Manager to join its team. This new operational role focuses on the technical supports and systems required to produce exhibitions and events in a museum setting. The Production Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the building, event co-ordination, exhibition installation, and health and safety duties. The Production Manager will also support the curatorial team in the area of collections management in keeping with the policies and procedures of the Glucksman and the UCC Art Collection.
